T-Mobile Pulse: First Prepay Android Handset Now Available!

t-mobile-pulse_1

It seems like the Android handset trickle has become a torrent, with the recession-friendly T-Mobile Pulse now available both in stores and online.

Free on pay monthly contracts from £15 or £176.16 on pay as you go (+ a £10 top-up), the T-Mobile Pulse is a sleek and stylish mid-range handset with a 3.5″ touchscreen display (the largest currently on an Android device), Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G connectivity.

The camera is also decent, with a 3.2 megapixel lens making easy work of photos. The usual Android web navigation is also present and correct, as one touch links to both Google Search and Google Maps gets you online in a snap.

The T-Mobile tailored interface on the Pulse also allows easy use of web ‘n’ walk features, browsing menus easily with the expansive ‘Canvas’ interface, and downloading of applications from the Android Market.

It’ll be interesting to see how these cut-price callers do in today’s market, but with phones like the Pulse, HTC’s Tattoo and the Samsung Genio appearing on shelves, there’s never been a better time to be a penny saving phone lover!

T-Mobile Pulse deals are currently available on the site.
