The sawn-off Nokia N97 Mini will be seeing an October 23rd release at their flagship Regent Street branch, according to a little bird on Twitter.

Currently earmarked for a November release according to the official Nokia website and priced at only £20 less than the daddy Nokia N97 at £429.99, the N97 Mini makes nips and tucks at the screen size and trims the QWERTY keyboard to make for a more pocket-friendly device.

Improvements in the weight department as well as a slightly swankier flash make the N97 Mini feel like a reboot of the hit summer phone rather than an alternative…still, you can bag one at the end of the month with a bit of shoe leather and a trip to Central London.
