Nokia E72 Now Available: Vodafone Exclusive Until 2010

Nokia E72

The release of the Nokia E72 on Vodafone expands the range of full QWERTY smartphones from the Finnish manufacturer, offering a robust messaging device with 3G web connectivity.

The Nokia E72’s enhancements over the immensely popular Nokia E71 include a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with dedicated shutter button (as opposed to the original’s 3MP effort), a regular 3.5mm audio jack instead of the obscure 2.5mm variety, richer instant messaging support and even a torch with a tap of the space bar.

In at a svelte 10mm, the Nokia E72 is a refreshing and slimline solution to those beefy PDAs doing the rounds, whilst a full QWERTY keyboard and an optical trackpad proves a welcome addition for when tapping out mails and surfing the net alike.

A new version of QuickOffice delivers more Microsoft Office 2007 support than ever before, and the E72 offers an impressive 12.5 hours talktime (2G), and 480 hours standby.

A Vodafone exclusive until the end of 2009, this handset is a powerful PDA that makes for one good executive decision, with Nokia E72 deals starting from £30 per month for 600 minutes and unlimited texts.
