Google Nexus 7 tablet 32GB now official
Internet search engine giant Google 32GB version of its Nexus 7 tablet has been confirmed, in a pre-ordering page for a mobile phone retailer, where the device has a cost attached of 279 Euros.
Carphone Warehouse in Spain, Phone House, has published a webpage on its site for those interested in pre-registering for information on the 32GB Google Nexus 7, although the page has now been taken down.
Currently, the tablet can only be purchased with 8 or 16GB of internal storage. Google hasn’t even confirmed that it will be making a 32GB version, nor has its maker Asus.
Thanks to Google cache, the advert notes this larger capacity.
The Nexus 7 was unveiled in June this year and as the first new device to arrive running the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, sporting a 7-inch screen.
At the start of October, we reported that the 32GB version had shown up in a captured image, from a Carphone Warehouse inventory database.
This latest news backs up that article and establishes that the new higher capacity Nexus 7, will be arriving soon.
It could possibly have a cost that matches the current 16GB version, or at the very least, be extremely close in purchase price.
