This collaboration has been repeated in the past, where in 2011 a Porsche Design P’9981 handset was announced.
That had the innards of the BlackBerry Bold 9900, only with a bespoke form factor by that car company.
It is still available today, with a cost of around a £1,275.
Now, a rear to an unknown BlackBerry has been published by tinhte, where it has been informed this is for a Porsche Designed BlackBerry 10 OS phone.
CrackBerry notes it appears to be a leather and glass weave combination, while that title has also reported on the first image of the alleged device.
These come from blackberryvietnam, which states there will be two special editions.
The first will be equipped with a hardware keyboard, in the same style as the QWERTY setup as the BlackBerry Q10.
Second, will be based on the BlackBerry Z10 – which is supported by the rear battery case – both are said to have characteristics associated with an expensive product line.
That is with the same materials used in the P’9981, only with an elongated design, as seen in the pictures below and above.
