This new phone spotted by WMPowerUser suggests a direct competitor to the Samsung Omnia, with a huge 3.5 inch screen handset kitted out with a 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, HSDPA and Bluetooth, and a BlackBerry style mini-trackball to navigate.
Definitely not an entry-level number, this phone codenamed the Asus ‘Zest’ will be another Windows Mobile powered phone, and be equipped with an expandable 4GB of internal memory. Formidable specs, but is it wise to take on behemoths like Samsung and LG on their home turf without the brand recognition?
