Our new phone gossip cup runneth over today having peeked at Orange UK’s Q2 launch schedule, and we are buzzing with excitement at learning both the Samsung Omnia HD and LG’s Viewty 2 will be out in June of this year!

What we didn’t expect, however, was news of previously unannounced handsets! The Samsung Preston is pencilled in for a May release. It will be coming in black, pink and white, suggesting a stylish device colour co-ordinated for the fashionistas amongst us! Could it be a resprayed and renamed S5600, a slim touchscreen phone already earmarked for European release around that time?

The second is the LG GW520 ‘Calisto’, ready for a June release. We know absolutely nothing about this one, we’re afraid…

A recently announced ‘GM’ range of handsets from the Korean manufacturer were music focused, the GM730 is powered by Windows Mobile, but what on earth does the ‘GW’ prefix denote?

Any ideas? We’ll let you know more information on these new handsets as soon as we get it!
